NOTICE is given that the land described on the schedule hereto has been set apart in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Katolani, Mariakani. Purpose.—Business cum-residential. Area.—20.2347 hectares approximately. Description of land: This land is situated approximately 11.7 kilometres to the north- west of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from a point M5, which is an IPC from which spotheight 228 and spotheight 225 are 3.2 kilometres and 2.15 kilometres distant on bearing of 226° 30' 00" and 110° 20' 00" respectively; thence for a distance of 609.90 metres on a bearing of 84° 03' 08" to point M2; thence for a distance of 63.00 metres on a bearing of 174° 41' 01" to 2X an IPC; thence for a distance of 144.53 metres on a bearing of 84° 03' 08" to MS 3a an IPC; thence for a distance of 125.03 metres on a bearing of 187° 29' 36" to MS 3b an IPC; thence for a distance of 86.15 metres on a bearing of 201° 14' 39" to MS 3c an IPC; thence for a distance of 60.01 metres on a bearing of 179° 30' 01" to MS 3d an IPC; thence for a distance of 353.09 metres on a bearing of 271° 30' 11" to MS 3 an IPC; thence for a distance of 335.01 metres on a bearing of 264° 03' 08" to MS 4 an IPC; thence for a distance of 279.04 metres on a bearing of 354° 41' 01" back to MS 1 starting point.
