NOTICE is given that the land described on the schedule hereto has been set apart in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Mitangoni, Mariakani. Purpose.—Business cum residential. Area.—20.0036 hectares approximately. Description of land: This land is situated approximately 70 metres to the north-east of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from a point A, which is an IPC from which spotheight 205 and spot height 1199 are 1.82 kilometres and 2.10 kilometres distant on bearing of 139° 30' 00" and 240° 00' 00" respectively; thence for a distance of 200.01 metres on a bearing of 125° 16' 34" to point BN4; thence for a distance of 1000.13 metres on a bearing of 210° 16' 33" to point BN1 an 1PC; thence for a distance of 200.10 metres on a bearing of 303° 16' 34" to point BN2 an 1PC; thence for a distance of 1000.13 metres on a bearing of 30° 16' 33" to point BN4.
