APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 231 (1) and
245 (1) of the Local Government Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and
Minister for Local Government appoints—
Joseph Ondiek Ayim, Amos Omari, to conduct an extraordinary inspection of the accounts and records and to conduct investigations, researchers and inquiries into the general administration and financial management of the Town Council of
Nyamira.
