NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th February, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 385, in Volume DI, Folio 48/963, File No. MMXI, by our client, Daniel Gachanja Mathangani, of P.O. Box 7828–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Daniel Gachanja Kiplimo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Daniel Gachanja Kiplimo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Daniel Gachanja Mathangani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Daniel Gachanja Mathangani only.
