NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles: DAF reg. No. KAG 643M, Peugeot 205 reg. No. KAN 039R, Peugeot 205 reg. No. KAD 873W, Hino reg. No. KAH 551M, Hino reg. No. KAH 513M, Mercedes Benz reg. No. KAG 255N, Fiat reg. No. KNT 778, Viberti reg. No. Z9799, DAF reg. No. KAG 642M, to collect the said motor vehicles from the premises of Messrs. Dilbagh Singh Brothers (Investments) Limited, situated along Kampala Road, P.O. Box 927–00606, Nairobi, within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and other related expenses, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceedings shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to them.
