GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4013

WHEREAS Ezekiel Odhiambo Anam (deceased), is registered proprietor of these pieces of land known as Kisumu/Kolunje/2284, Kisumu/Kolunje/2215, Kisumu/Kolunje/1964 and Malindi/Town/Plot No. 546/295, containing 0.8, 1.88, 0.42 hectare or thereabouts, respectively, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 339 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Silas Anam Odhiambo, (2) Clement Otieno Odhiambo and (3) Monica Atieno Odhiambo, and whereas the title deed issued earlier to the said Ezekiel Odhiambo Anam has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 and RL. 7 and issued land title deed to the said (1) Silas Anam Odhiambo, (2) Clement Otieno Odhiambo and (3) Monica Atieno Odhiambo, respectively as scheduled in description of property, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ezekiel Odhiambo Anam (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
