WHEREAS Government of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang‘a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Kimorori/Blk 1/1482, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the Green Card had been lost, notice is given that I shall open a new (green card) land register after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period.
