IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 179 (4) of the Insurance Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance appoints— Frank Muchiri, Shehnaz N. Sumar (Mrs.), Kanyi Gachoka, Tom Mulwa, Morrison J. Okumu, to be trustees of the Policyholders Compensation Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st April, 2011.
