APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by extension order dated 21st January, 2010, I appointed Mary Olembo (Ms.), Senior Co-operative Audit Examiner, to be liquidator of Uchaguzi Sacco Society Limited (in liquidation) (CS/9013), for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said Mary Olembo (Ms.), Senior Co-operative Audit Examiner, has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 21st January, 2011 for another period not exceeding one year for the said Mary Olembo (Ms.), Senior Co-operative Audit Examiner, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
