CAUSE NO. 223 OF 2011 By (1) Matha Mbula Nguli and (2) Samson Musembi Nguli, both of P.O. Box 156, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nguli Muange, late of Makindu, who died at Makindu, on 13th November, 2009.
