GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3332

WHEREAS Joseph Kanyugo Wakahu, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/Tigithi Matanya Block 3/277 (Matanya Centre), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the court in civil suit. No. 18 of 2008, has ordered the said piece of land be subdivided and a portion be transferred to Phillip Mwangi Muchiri, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation to subdivide the said piece of land in favour of Phillip Mwangi Muchiri, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land 1st April, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE 863 title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of subdivision and transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Phillip Mwangi Muchiri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kanyugo Wakahu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
