WHEREAS Reuben Nganga Thungu, of P.O. Box 78 –00206, Kiserian in the Repulic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/40598, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said ownership and loss, notice is given that I shall open a new land register after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period.
