THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samson Kegengo Ongeri, of P.O. Box 57671, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor for a leasehold term of that piece of land containing 0.8247 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 5054/1185, situate within Kilifi Township in the Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 26606/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
