NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of accident motor vehicles reg. Nos. KBA 829Z Toyota and KAV 205N Nissan, to collect the said motor vehicles from the premises of JAGZ Auto Garage, situated along Busia Road, P.O. Box 56815–00200, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges KSh. 11,500, accrued from 20th September, 2010, and KSh. 35,700 accrued from 21st April, 2010, respectively and further storage charges accruing at the rate of KSh. 150 per day, together with costs of publishing this notice, failure to which the said salvage vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private without further reference.
