ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to City Bus Co-operative Limited, of P.O. Box 6165, Nairobi, the owner of Isuzu bus motor vehicle reg. No. KYF 306, lying in the premises of L.R. No. 36/VII/771, Eastleigh, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and other related expenses, failure to which the said goods will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to them.
