NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Messrs. Maseno Inter-Christian Child Self-Help Group or any other interested party, through Messrs. Ogola Okello & Co., advocates, of P.O. Box 62550–00200, Nairobi, who bought the motor vehicle reg. No. KAR 567J, at the estate of Lucy Gathoni Wainaina, that the same shall be sold by public auction after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, without further reference to the owners unless the repair charges amounting to KSh. 1,000,000 is fully settled. Take further notice that the said vehicle attracts storage of KSh. 135,000. This notice is further to the notice given on 15th September, 2010. 21st January, 2011.
