TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 385 OF 2010 By (1) Rael Ciombiro M‘Ekabu and (2) Margaret Mukami, both of P.O. Box 721, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Elijah K. Ogoti & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M‘Ekabu M‘Imunya alias Ibrahim Ekabu, late of Muringene, who died there on 15th October, 1997. CAUSE NO. 402 OF 2010 By Florence Nkirote, of P.O. Box 1308, Embu in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M‘Rimberia M‘Rimukira alias M‘Mberia M‘Mukira, late of Uruku, who died there on 27th August, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
