REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Otiga Odoyo, of P.O. Box 147, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as C. Kasipul/Kachieng/1344, situate in the district of Rachuonyo South, and whereas the Provincial Surveyor intends to revert the P.I.D. to the original parcel No. 846, and whereas all efforts to compel Joseph Otiga Odoyo to surrender the land title deed issued to him have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and advice the Provincial Surveyor to revert the P.I.D. to its original No. 846, and upon reverting to the original parcel number 846, the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Otiga Odoyo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
