REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Okendo Oketch (deceased), of Rongo is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kamagambo/Kabuoro/1576, situate in the district of Rongo, and whereas the District Magistrate at Rongo court, in succession cause No. 73 of 2010, has issued grant and confirmation of letters of administration to Florence Akeyo Gori, and whereas efforts made to recover the title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Florence Akeyo Gori, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Okendo Oketch (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
