REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Procar Limited, of P.O. Box 75240– 00200, Nairobi, the owner of BMW saloon motor vehicle reg. No. KZR 450, Mazda pick-up reg. No. KAC 946, Land-Rover reg. No. GKA 926C and Peugeot 505 without registration numbers to collect the said motor vehicles from Ostrich Lion Limited godown, off Mombasa Road, Embakasi, P.O. Box 48001–00100, Nairobi, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges accruing thereon including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against accrued storage charges and costs thereof and the balance if any, shall remain in the owner‘s credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
