TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2010
By (1) Sarah Mumbi Mwithukia and (2) Samson Muturi Karani, both of P.O. Box 42, Burnt Forest in Kenya, through Messrs. Anassi
Momanyi and Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muthukia Kinyanjui, late of Burnt
Forest, Uasin Gishu District, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on 2nd
August, 2009.

By (1) Noah K. Rongoei and (2) Elijah K. Tallam, both of P.O.
Box 15, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelilis Cheptoo, late of Koibatek, who died at Mercy Hospital in Kenya, on 12th July, 2003.

Location, who died on 26th February, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
