GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 827

WHEREAS Philisira Wacuka Mwai (ID/13280600), of P.O. Box 1950, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/9385, 9384 and 9383, containing 0.042 hectare each or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the senior principle magistrate‘s court at Naivasha, in Misc. Civil Applic. No. 2 of 2011 issued a court order, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the instrument of transfer and issue land title deeds to the said Peter Kimani Mugo, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Philisira Wacuka Mwai, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
