THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Somak Travel Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, of P.O. Box 48495, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3734/482, situate in the Nairobi Municipality (West) in the Nairobi Extra Provincial District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 13966/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
