IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 117 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Director- General of the National Environmental Management Authority has appointed the following persons named in the first column below as Environmental Inspectors, in the jurisdictional units given in the second column. The Environmental Inspectors shall perform duties specified in section 117 (2) and (4) of the Act and shall have powers specified in sections 117 (3) andd 118 of Environmental Management and Co- ordination Act.
