NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Unollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the below listed goods which have been lying at the Municipal Works Yard, to take delivery and remove the same from their premises upon payment of storage charges due, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which the said items will be disposed off by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owners and the proceeds of sale defrayed against all accrued storage charges in accordance with this Act.
