ACT

WHEREAS Marshall Tito Osanya, of P.O. Box 58457, Nairobi, was appointed liquidator of Stallion Insurance Company (In Liquidation) in 2001, and whereas the said Marshall Tito Osanya has realized so much of the property of the company as can be realized without needlessly protracting the liquidation. Now, pursuant to section 247 of the Companies Act, section 3A of the Civil Procedure Act, rule 192 of the Companies (Winding-up) Rules, Order L of the Civil Procedure Rules and all other enabling provisons of the law, it is ordered that Marshall Tito Osanya be and is released from his duties as the liquidator of Stallion Insurance Company.
