APPLICATION FOR LICENCES


NOTICE is given that the following applicants have, pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998 and Communications (Amendment) Act, 2009, made applications to the Communications Commission of Kenya for the grant of licences as appears against their respective names. Name and Address Licence Category Just in Time Courier Services, P.O. Box 18883–00100, Nairobi Intra-city postal/courier systems and services Karen Plains Courier Limited, P.O. Box 41456–00100, Nairobi Intra-city postal/courier systems and services The reason for the grant of the licences is to enable the applicants to operate and provide and operate intra-city postal/courier systems and services. The grant of these licences may affect public and local authorities, companies, persons or bodies of persons within the country. Any public or local authority, company, person or body of persons desirous of making any representation on or objection to the grant of such licences as aforesaid must do so by a letter addressed to the Director-General, Communications Commission of Kenya, Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 14448–00800, Nairobi, indicating the ―licence category‖ on the outside of the cover enclosing it on or before the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and must forward to the applicant a copy of such representation or objection.
