THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Santuzza Melved Biliotti, is the registered proprietor in ownership of all that piece of land known as Chembe/Kibabamshe/530, containing 0.25 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Malindi, and whereas the High Court ordered and vested the said piece of land to Floris Piero, which title deed to the land is custody of Santuzza Melvied Billiotti, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument under section 33 (1) of the Registered Land Act Cap. 300, to issue a new title deed to Floris Piero and upon such registration the land title deed issued to Santuzza Melved Billiotti, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
