REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hiram Ndungu Ng‘ayu, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyeri/Municipality Block III/141, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the registered proprietor Hiram Ndung‘u Ng‘ayu in respect of the said piece of land, the land registrar is desirous to cancel the erroneous entry of the certificate of lease issued to Hiram Ndung‘u Ng‘ayu under section 17 of the Registered Land Act (Cap. 300) given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, the certificate of lease provided shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
