WHEREAS Mwibai Kirago (ID/1853947), of P.O. Box 110, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru/Kiu Block 2 (Githunguri)/3973, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
