THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Farjalwa Shadau Ahmed (as trustee on his behalf and on behalf of the other beneficiaries of the estate of Ahmed Bin Matano (deceased)), of P.O. Box 83670–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land from the Government of the Republic of Kenya, containing 2.30 acres or thereabout, known as No. 370/II/MN, within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 998, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
