APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 231 (1) and
245 (1) of the Local Government Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and
Minister for Local Government appoints—
John Osero Mukomoni, Philip Muthiani Mbithi
Kizito W. Kiguta, to conduct extra-ordinary inspection of accounts and records and to conduct investigations, researches and inquiry into the general administration and financial management of Municipal Council of
Eldoret.
