NOTICE is given that Kahungu Gakuru (ID/1382232) of P.O. Box 52398–00200, Nairobi, do irrevocably ordain, nominate and appoint Symon Kamau Kiruga (ID/10595217) of P.O. Box 9297–00300, Nairobi to be my true and lawful attorney and agent, with full power and authority, for us and in my name and on my behalf to do all or any of the acts and things hereinafter mentioned that is to say— 1. To run, manage, maintain and for all purposes and effect take charge over shop No. 4 and store situated on the ground floor of the building on L.R. No. 209/138/5 along River Road, off Price Road, Nairobi being by measurement 303 square feet. 2. Generally to do all other lawful acts and things as the attorney shall deem fit for purpose aforesaid and effectively in respect, I could do if I were personally present. 3. And I confirm at all times to ratify and allow and confirm all and whatsoever my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the premises by virtue of these presents its true to the best of my knowledge.
