TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 623 OF 2010 By (1) Gedion Mutunga Mboi, (2) Juliana Syovata Mboi and (3) Scolastica Mueni Mboi, all of P.O. Box 1, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased‘s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mboi Mue, late of Ikombe Location, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 1st January, 2010. CAUSE NO. 97 OF 2011 By (1) David Ngila Mumo and (2) Wilfred Mumo Ngila, both of P.O. Box 242, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngila Nguli Mumo, late of Mungala Location, who died there on 22nd December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
