WHEREAS Gitwany Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 41483, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.2275 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 91/258, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards of the said piece of land are missing, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
