WHEREAS (1) Aggrey Christopher Ackello Ogutu and (2) Anna Brigitte Hillen, both of P.O. Box 63806–619, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.2400 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 94/66, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards of the said piece of land are missing, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
