TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2011 By (1) Mbethi Mwikali David and (2) Charles Kioko Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 8, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Musyoka Kioko, of Mitaboni Location, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2011 By (1) Jemmy Kavutha Wambua and (2) Danny Mbatha Kimithi, of P.O. Box 9, Katangi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Wambua Kimithi, of Yatta Location, who died at Mekilingi, on 3rd November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
