GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1357

WHEREAS Elijah Rotich Siror, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Moiben/Moiben Block 4 (Tugen)/151, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the Land Registrar in his letter Ref. Award No. UG/6213. Vol. III/3, has issued summons under section 8(b) of Cap. 300 laws of Kenya to the said Elijah Rotich Siror, to appear before him and produce the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land issued to him, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to cancel the registration in favour of Elijah Rotich Siror, and reinstate the name in favour of Kimaronyoi Kipkosgei, and upon such reinstatement the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elijah Rotich Siror, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
