WHEREAS Parketo ole Koilel (ID/6106348), of P.O. Box 94, Ngong Hills in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 15.81 and 23.80 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Ewauso Kedong/3039 and 1684, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
