REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Homeland Estates Limited, of P.O. Box 1–80122, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of that piece of land known as No. 2527/I/MN within Malindi Municipality in Malindi District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 17277/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
