IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (15) of the
Transport Licensing Act, the Transport Licensing Board withdraws the powers and authority that it delegated to the Registrar of Motor
Vehicles and to officers mandated by the Registrar to grant or renew
Transport Licensing Board (TLB) Licences.
