APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (l) of the
Anti-Counterfeit Act, 2008, the Acting Minister for Industrialization appoints—
STEPHEN MALLOWAH to be the Executive Director for the Anti-Counterfeit Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 3rd January, 2011.
