TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 513 OF 2010
By John Kimathi M’Meru, of P.O. Box 55, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. V. P. Gituma & Co., advocates of
Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Teresio Muthamia M’Iracha, late of Taita Sub-location, who died at
Mumbai, India, on 25th January, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
