THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

(Cap. 281)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ashwin Vashdev Gidoomal, (2) Savitri Vasdev Gidoomal, (3) Vijay Vashdev Gidoomal and (4) Manisha Gidoomal, all of Mombasa District in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as Mailand North Section V/7, registered as C.R. 1533/1, and whereas a transfer has been lodged in favour of Chesterton Properties Limited, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the certificate of title issued in respect of the said piece of land to the registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided a valid objection has not been received within that period, I intend to dispense with production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer.
