THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hemant Raojibhai and (2) Kokila Hemant Patel, both of P.O. Box 81814, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in freehold interest of that piece of land known as MN/I/594, within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, containing 2.0 acres or thereabout, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 9429/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
