REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wangari Nderitu, in her capacity as trustee for (1) Moses Ndungu Nderitu, (2) Moses Gatungu Nderitu, (3) Beatrice Warukira Nderitu, (4) Hellen Wanjiru Nderitu, (5) John Komu Nderitu, (6) David Kairu Nderitu, (7) Christopher Kihiato Nderitu and (8) Jane Wairima Nderitu, all of P.O. Box 434–10400, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7556/2, situate in the north east of Nanyuki Municipality in Nyeri District, by virtue of certificate of title registered as I.R. 75596/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
