IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (3) of the Transport Licensing Act, the Chairman of the Transport Licensing Board appoints— Cosmas Ngeso, Charles Osoro, Priscilla W. Mutundu, Rosemary N. Wabwire, Stephen Musau, Alfred Kirambah, Philip Osia, Grace Elegwa, Hannington Wandera, Edward Kisingu, Lois Akinyi, Peter Marucha, Nancy Rono, Beatrice Bisonga, John Odia, Hellen Bartai, Raphael Sasia, Jackline Mwanzia, Moses Mjomba, Cecilia Kyato, Charity Msagha, Benjamin Onserio, Jains Ambole, as licensing officers of the Transport Licensing Board.
