Under the powers granted under sections 73 (1) and 73 (4) of the Water Act, 2002, Athi Water Services Board gives notice to all existing and potential water customers of Karweti Water Trust that the current tariffs have been adjusted upwards with effect from 16th March, 2011 and will be reviewed on 1st July, 2012.
