TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2010 By Jenifa Awuor Okelo, of P.O. Box 182, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Ndenda Asango, late of Emmabwi Sub- location, who died on 15th September, 2000. CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2010 By Samuel Opiyo Odera, of P.O. Box 348, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Odera Ogwande, late of Uranga Sub- location, who died on 8th August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
