TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2011 By (1) Dorcas Munyiva Kithokoi and (2) Julius Muoka Kithokoi, both of P.O. Box 2243, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithokoi Kakui Ndwai, late of Mua Location, who died at Mua Hills, on 25th October, 1993. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2011 By (1) Nzisa Kasoa and (2) Andrew Mbili Kasoa, both of P.O. Box 1076, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasoa Kiliku, late of Kalimani Location, who died at Kangundo, on 5th October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
